Founder talk in the seminar “Unsicherheitserfahrung und Bewältigungsstrategien im unternehmerischen Kontext [Coping with Uncertainties in Entrepreneurial Contexts]”

In the context of the seminar “Unsicherheitserfahrung und Bewältigungsstrategien im unternehmerischen Kontext [Coping with Uncertainties in Entrepreneurial Contexts]” the second Gründer*Innentalk of the year 2023 took place on 20.07.2023.

The participants of the seminar had the opportunity to meet four founders. Moderated by Michelle Twardzik (Worldfactory Start-up Center), Friederike Kogelheide from Glim Skin, Jonathan Althaus from HEMPA, Patrick Schüttling from Jungle Leaves and Nino Gralla from Geevoo gave first-hand honest insights into the opportunities but also hurdles of a start-up. In addition to the composition of the founding team, the topics included the acquisition of funding and topics such as work-life balance and the path to founding a company. The lively exchange provided many exciting impulses for the elaborations within the framework of the seminar and also offered an interesting basis for discussion for the networking after the talk.
