On 15 June 2023, company representatives and numerous interested parties came together at the invitation of the Competentia NRW Kompetenzzentrum Frau & Beruf Mittleres Ruhrgebiet (Competence Centre for Women & Work in the Middle Ruhr Area) to exchange information on the opportunities of digital work and AI for employees and companies under the motto: “Women in focus. Digital working worlds”. In this context, Dr. Saskia Hohagen gave a lecture on HR management and securing skilled workers under the question: What signals can companies send to (female) skilled workers in a targeted manner in order to attract and retain them?
The participants look back on a day with exciting insights and constructive exchange through lectures and mini-workshops.
