In cooperation with the Alfried Krupp student lab, the fifth run of the student lab “Let’s Play! Group Dynamics in the Escape Room” took place on 04th May 2023. Under the direction of Dr. Saskia Hohagen and Annabelle Beyer, 15 students from the advanced psychology class of the Marie-Curie-Gymnasium Recklinghausen dealt with exciting topics related to team dynamics. In addition to their own experience of team dynamics in the Escape Room and reflection on this via video sequences, the students approached the topic both theoretically and practically via various team exercises.
