In February and March, the third and fourth runs of the student lab “Let’s Play! Group Dynamics in the Escape Room” took place under the direction of Dr. Saskia Hohagen and Annabelle Beyer. A total of 31 students had the opportunity to deal theoretically with various questions about teams, team dynamics and team roles, as well as to engage in practical transfer. In addition to runs in the Escape Room with subsequent video reflection, the students were able to test and reflect on their own team behavior as part of various team exercises.
