On February 16, 2023, the first Founder Talk of the year 2023 took place in the context of the seminar ” Unsicherheitserfahrung und Bewältigungsstrategien im unternehmerischen Kontext [Coping with Uncertainties in Entrepreneurial Contexts]”.
Five founders gave the 27 participants of the seminar as well as some external visitors exciting insights into their personal founding stories. In addition to the individual motivation for founding their own start-up, the topics included the compatibility of founding and private life as well as coping with uncertainties in the early founding phase. Jan Löwer and Tim Schwabe from the start-up deeplify, Pia Neweling from Reviererlebnisse and Mohammed Aajour and Andy Kwakye-Yeboah from QuilAR were also present. The lively discussions offered the attendees not only exciting insights into the start-up scene but also set many new impulses on uncertainties and coping strategies in the entrepreneurial context.
