We are delighted about the visit of our international research partner Dr. Connie Zheng in Bochum!
Dr. Connie Zheng will be taking part in our HUMAINE Spring Fair and our HUMAINE Career Fair with her own stand. In particular, she will provide insights into the current experiment entitled „Exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Decision Support for Inclusive Personnel Selection“.
In the study, she explores together with the Institute of Work Science of the Ruhr-University Bochum and the Chair of Interactive Systems of the University Duisburg-Essen the perspectives of human resource (HR) and line managers with staffing responsibilities on the evolving role of artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting their personnel selection decisions that can help enhance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) of workforce in Australia and Germany.

Dr Zheng’s research findings have been used to enable organizations and employees to be innovative, resilient and adaptable to the changing world with many challenges stemming from continued global integration of markets, people and technology.
