her.summit took place for the third time on December 3, 2024. The networking format, which brings together leading women from business, associations, utilities and science in the Ruhr region, was launched by Initiativkreis Ruhr 2022. Thyssenkrupp and Deloitte had hosted the event in previous years. This year, RWE AG hosted the event and was well represented by Katja van Doren, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Gunhild Grieve, Chief Financial Officer of RWE Supply. Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens gave the keynote speech from the scientific side and was well received for her contribution to responsible leadership in change processes. The event was once again very well attended with over 100 participants; it will be continued in 2025.
