The Handelsblatt Journal of 23.09.2025 on the topic of the Future Workplace opens with a guest article by Uta Wilkens. As spokesperson for the HUMAINE competence center and member of the acatech working group Learning Systems, she shows that successful AI implementation requires a culture in which enabling and mindfulness go hand in hand.
