Yesterday’s ideas lab with the focus topic “AI competence” was a complete success!
Following the two exciting keynote speeches, around 50 participants took the opportunity to find out about the HUMAINE Community’s offerings and results at the Innovation Marketplace stands and engage in conversation.
In his presentation, Professor Hubert Ertl, Research Director of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB), showed how AI has been used in German companies to date and what action needs to be taken as a result.
Jörg Brune, Director Technology & Innovation at SEEPEX GmbH from Bottrop, showed in his experience report how the introduction of generative AI can succeed in practice in a human-centered way and together with all employees.
The innovation marketplace offered a colourful mix of offers for students or actors from research and practice as well as visualized results of the HUMAINE competence center. Each stand invited direct exchange and provided interesting impulses from the HUMAINE network.
