Immanuel Lutzeyer and Daniel Lupp, together with 22 students, had the opportunity to gain exciting insights into ALDI SOUTH and ALDI DX as part of the term paper seminar “Consolidation of the basics of personnel and leadership research”. After an introduction to the corporate world of ALDI, including an inspiring presentation and a visit to the test kitchen, the focus was on a direct exchange with practitioners: in three interviews with experts on site, we discussed key future topics from an HR and leadership perspective – including the role of HR in the implementation of artificial intelligence, agile working in the context of leadership and HR and the promotion of female leadership.
