The IAW students had the opportunity to visit thyssenkrupp nucera in Dortmund during the “Personnel management and leadership development” practical week and deal with questions of structural and psychological empowerment. The potential uses of AI to shape empowering leadership relationships were also examined. The students’ perspectives and suggestions for discussion were taken up in an open and constructive dialog with participants from HR, strategy development and employee representation. It was an interested and forward-looking interaction – empowering for the students in every respect.
