On September 24, Prof. Guido Möllering and Prof. Hendrik Wilhelm from the Reinhard Mohn Institute at the University of Witten/Herdecke were invited by Prof. Uta Wilkens to a research exchange at the Ruhr University Bochum. Promising approaches for future joint research cooperation were developed from an organizational science perspective. The exchange was also accompanied by doctoral students Charlotte Glienke, Johanne von Danwitz, Raphaela Fritz and Daniel Lupp, who underpinned the discussion with their own current research projects.
In addition to an insight into the premises of the O-Werk, there was also a tour of the ZESS research building. There, the participants were able to gain an insight into the AI role laboratory, which will also be used for research purposes once it is completed. The research exchange will be continued in the next stage with a return visit to Witten-Herdecke.
