On June 3, 2024, the acatech HR Circle held a strategy dialog on the topic of “Framework conditions for artificial intelligence in HR work”. The aim of the event was to support the exchange of experiences between the members of the acatech HR Circle and to bring the members of the acatech HR Circle into conversation with selected experts. To this end, three thematic impulses from selected speakers were planned. Prof. Uta Wilkens contributed a keynote entitled “HR’s contribution to the reliable use of AI – highlights from work design, role development and recruitment”.
