On 23.05.2024, the skilled workers congress “Diversity in the labor market” – Innovative approaches to recruiting skilled workers took place in Düsseldorf.
Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens was represented as a speaker for a workshop on “Talent ecosystems – skills development and securing skilled workers”. In this workshop, innovative methods of skills assessment and skills management in companies were presented. The discussion focused on the practicality of various assessment tools as alternatives to the traditional job interview.
