Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens offered a workshop on “AI in HRM” at the Centre for Global HRM (CGHRM) at the University of Gothenburg as part of the annual conference there. The work science perspective was very well received by the 50 or so participants from science and practice in Northern European countries. There were very specific discussions about future exchange opportunities and joint learning modules with the HUMAINE community. Participation in the conference underlined the fact that HUMAINE competently addresses the issues of our time.
