Directly after the spring fair on April 11, 2024, the HUMAINE competence center opened its doors again one day later in the ZESS research building for this year’s HUMAINE career fair. More than 120 guests accepted the invitation, entered into an intensive exchange with the exhibitors and took advantage of the additional opportunities for application photos and application portfolio checks.
On the morning after thespring fair, more than 120 guests, mainly students and graduates from universities in the Ruhr region, were able to get to know the practice and research partners of the HUMAINE consortium and network. A total of 22 exhibitors were looking for young talent and expertise in the field of working with AI. Students from a wide range of disciplines, such as computer science, engineering or psychology, took the opportunity to get in touch with potential employers with a focus on human-centeredness and sustainable technology development and application. In addition to the exhibiting companies, the ZESS research building also presented itself as host with the exciting technology applications of the resident research areas.
The HUMAINE competence center team can look back on two extremely successful days at the trade fair, which gave a foretaste of the coming project year with many exciting formats and events.
