On the last day of the Agricultural Entrepreneur Days in Münster, Dr. Saskia Hohagen and Niklas Obermann invited guests to discuss the topic “The future of agricultural businesses: What strategic decisions need to be made today?”.
The two researchers from Ruhr University Bochum presented a total of 5 strategic decisions to an interested audience that farmers can take today to make their farms fit for the future. They emphasized that it is important to choose farm-specific solutions.
In the ensuing discussion, they also shared thoughts from the scientific community on the role played by company size and the opportunities for companies to minimize risks.
Apart from the presentation itself, the event offered many exciting opportunities for exchange around the Agrotech Valley Forum stand.
