Following the motto Inspire, Grow, Transform and Network, Dr. Saskia Hohagen and Niklas Obermann participated in the Agri Idea Sprout at Hof Schlamann on August 24. The event was initiated by Agrotech Valley Forum e.V., a project partner in the Agro-Nordwest experimental field. In addition to two keynotes, a lively exchange on various topics took place between the participants in a total of 10 open sessions. In their own Open Session, Dr. Saskia Hohagen and Niklas Obermann explored the topic of resilience and engaged in two lively rounds of discussion about the importance of resilience in the agricultural context and how to promote resilience in farmers, farms and the agricultural system as a whole. After many interesting conversations and with some new suggestions in their luggage, the two started their way home to Bochum.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
