Digital working worlds&#8221;. In this context, Dr. Saskia Hohagen gave a lecture on HR management and securing skilled workers under the question: What signals can companies send to (female) skilled workers in a targeted manner in order to attract and retain them?<\/span><\/font><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
