As the result of a design science research concept, Ms. Voss developed a five-stage maturity model, which offers important input for AI research and can also help companies to establish AI in sales. The doctoral thesis was carried out at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Ruhr-University Bochum and supervised by Prof. Dr. Jens P\u00f6ppelbu\u00df and Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens.
