On 13.01.2023, all partners of the HUMAINE project met in the premises of the Chair of Production Systems to look back on what has been achieved in 2022 and to build on this to ring in the beginning year. The IAW will primarily focus on contributing theoretical and empirical preliminary work for the successful implementation of human-centered AI projects at the pilot partners, transferring it into the HUMAINE methodological offering, and publishing it in scientific publications. The focus of the work of the Chair of Work, Human Resources and Leadership is on role concepts, the role of business decision-makers in the use of AI, and questions of work system design to increase technology acceptance. In addition, the simulation laboratory for AI-supported work in teams, which will be set up in the course of the project together with the project partner Think2<\/sup> in the ZESS, will be experienced for the first time.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
