The advancing digitalization ensures that the job description of the farmer is undergoing change. The Agro-Nordwest experimental field has set itself the task of accompanying this change, breaking down prejudices and involving farmers as users in the use of digitization possibilities at an early stage. After the extension of the project duration, the project partners with participation of the Chair of Work, Human Resources and Leadership met at the beginning of December to define the projects for the second phase of Agro-Nordwest. The project partners are looking forward to the coming years, in which in particular the transfer of research results into practice, interdisciplinary cooperation and the acceptance of digital technologies in agricultural practice are to be further accelerated.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
