Immanuel Lutzeyer<\/strong> and Daniel Lupp<\/strong>, together with 22 students, had the opportunity to gain exciting insights into ALDI SOUTH<\/strong> and ALDI DX<\/strong> as part of the term paper seminar “Consolidation of the basics of personnel and leadership research”. After an introduction to the corporate world of ALDI, including an inspiring presentation and a visit to the test kitchen, the focus was on a direct exchange with practitioners: in three interviews with experts on site, we discussed key future topics from an HR and leadership perspective – including the role of HR in the implementation of artificial intelligence, agile working in the context of leadership and HR and the promotion of female leadership.<\/p>\n
