The Schmalenbach working group “Personnel and Work” met on March 1, 2024 at the invitation of Rhenus in Hilden and integrated the expertise from the economic side (Prof. S\u00fcdekom, HHU D\u00fcsseldorf), from the Executive Board and HR Management of the Rhenus Group (Dr. Peters & Anne-Kathrin Gilles) and the HUMAINE Competence Center (Prof. Wilkens, RUB & Norbert Holzknecht, BfI). The HUMAINE team reported project results on the reliable use of AI as a challenge for work design and personnel management. HR chairs from HHU D\u00fcsseldorf, the Bundeswehr University Munich and the University of Konstanz were also represented. In addition to Rhenus, HR managers from ERGO, Audi and Canon also took part from the corporate side. <\/p>
