Under the motto &#8220;Closing the Gap &#8211; Future Strategies for HR Management&#8221;, the central question was: <i data-stringify-type=\"italic\">How can we really close the gap between aspiration and implementation?<\/i><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens gave a keynote speech on the topic of &#8220;Responsibly shaping change processes &#8211; a question of leadership and rhythm&#8221;.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>The focus was on the question of how Generative AI (GenAI) is changing the workflow and what HR departments need to pay particular attention to. Prof. Wilkens emphasized:<\/div>\n<ul class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested\" data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-list-tree=\"true\" data-indent=\"0\" data-border=\"0\">\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">The importance of finding and exemplifying a sustainable rhythm for dynamic change &#8211; differentiated by employee group if necessary.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Expanding digital and AI expertise within the company.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">The need for binding and transparent regulatory systems, for example for the use of AI or working from home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">The aim is to ensure the performance of teams and the problem-solving ability of organizations in the long term, both face-to-face and virtually.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>In addition to Prof. Wilkens, numerous other exciting speakers enriched the program, including: Johannes Koch, Ann Miller-Rauch, Samira Arrami, Gerrit B\u00f6ning, Jasmin B\u00fcchner, Fatma Dirkes, Steffen Ganders, Dr. Martina Gieg, Ole Grawunder, Dr. Timo Karsten, Niklas Kniedel, Mirjam Lapp (she\/her), Stefanie Moskal, Dr. David Plitt LL.M.
