These were the key topics of the practical week organized by the Chair of Work, Human Resources and Leadership in cooperation with the IHK GfI. 17 students from the IAW and the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics met with various representatives from practice to discuss their proposals for the strategic development of the company, which they had developed in three groups. The students received comprehensive feedback and important insights into how strategic discourse unfolds in the company.<\/p>\n
