Timely before the beginning of each semester (usually in mid-January and mid-July) an information event about bachelor’s and master’s theses takes place at our chair. The information events will be announced in good time in the news and here. The contact person is Immanuel Lutzeyer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bachelor Theses<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Chair for Work, Human Resources and Leadership can provide supervision for up to 20 bachelor theses each semester. A pre-registration as well as the fine-tuned agreement on an expos\u00e9 (3-5 pages) before the start of the processing period is required for a final supervision commitment. Please allow sufficient time for this. The exact processing period for Management & Economics students is determined by the examination office (please note the WiWi-BOS system). 2-subject Bachelor students do not have a specified deadline. Possible topics for a bachelor thesis at the chair can be found in the slides of the information event. You are also welcome to explore our <\/span>list<\/a> of already completed bachelor theses. If you are interested in writing a bachelor thesis, you can apply for pre-registration by sending an e-mail to <\/span>ls-apf@rub.de<\/a> (this is possible for about one month after the information event, see slides of information event). Please include your name, matriculation number, the modules you have attended with grade, your topic interest(s) and 2-4 concrete topic ideas (cf. slides of the information event).<\/span>

The Chair for Work, Human Resources, and Leadership can supervise 20 master’s theses at a time. If you are interested in writing a master thesis, you can apply by email to ls-apf@rub.de<\/a>.  Please indicate your name, matriculation number, the modules you have attended with grade, the desired start date of the thesis as well as your topic interest(s) and 2-4 concrete topic ideas (cf. slides of the information event). If our supervision capacity is not yet exhausted, we will fine-tune a topic with you, for which you will subsequently prepare an expos\u00e9 (3-5 pages). As soon as the expos\u00e9 has been successfully coordinated with us, the master’s thesis can be registered (more details on registration in FlexNow can be found here<\/a>).
