Background and objective:<\/h3>

The Chair for Work, Human Resource and Leadership accompanies the LWL in the introduction of decision support in psychiatric hospitals. An employee survey assesses which characteristics of the decision support system and what organizational conditions will be crucial to the employee acceptance in the subsequent work process. For this purpose, assessments of the employees will be obtained and evaluated in a differentiated manner (according to occupational groups, according to age intervals, etc.). The survey will enable the use of employee perspectives in the development process and thus contribute to a human-centered use of decision support.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
