The range of content is very extensive including among others the topics of leadership, work design, digital transformation, mobile and hybrid work, job satisfaction, innovative ability and further training.\u00a0 In addition to presenting results to the Executive Board and the entire workforce, detailed evaluations are also carried out. This includes detailed feedback on leadership behavior based on self- and external assessments.
