Background and Objectives:<\/h3>\n

The Chair for Work, Human Resources and Leadership accompanies the transport service provider Verkehrsbetriebe Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) through regular employee surveys in the development of new forms of mobile and off-site work. The objective of the surveys is coordinated company-specific and focuses on topics related to work design, leadership, job satisfaction, etc. The results contribute to the scientific understanding of the conditions needed within different forms of work organization.<\/span><\/p>\n
